Sheppy's Tremlett's Bitter is rich in flavour and medium/dry in taste. Tremlett's Bitter is made from the fine old Tremlett Somerset cider apple. Its early ripening deep red streaky fruit produces juice with a high tannin content, the mark of quality found in traditionally made cider.

Since 1917 three generations of the Sheppy family have owned the Three Bridges Farm at Bradford-on-Tone, near Taunton in Somerset, the heart of the traditional cider making in the South West of England.
